Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and monitor IT outsourcing activities in alignment with internal policy and regulatory standards.
Act as the key point of contact for IT outsourcing matters and support IT contract owners throughout the outsourcing risk assessment lifecycle.
Ensure accurate documentation, regular risk reviews, and governance of outsourcing arrangements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including IT teams, risk & compliance, legal, and project sponsors.
Participate in internal governance forums and support reporting and analysis related to IT outsourcing and concentration risk.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of outsourcing practices and processes.
Your Profile :
Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in risk management, project / change management, or a related field.
Solid understanding of IT and vendor risk topics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the asset management industry or consulting is a strong advantage.
