Job description8-12 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. Strong skills in Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and configuration (Flows, Process Builder). Integration experience with REST APIs and middleware platforms. Required Certification : Platform Developer Certification. Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, financial services). Large-scale Salesforce implementations experience. AWS Connect and Okta integration experience. JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency. Team Size : 8 engineers (including 3 Salesforce engineers). Delivery Model : Extended Teams. Interview with Client : Yes. Security Check : Yes. Location : Must be located in a GDPR country; Fully remote within UK timezone (GMT / BST), working hours align with UK business hours (9 : 00 - 18 : 00).
Summary :
The Senior Salesforce Engineer will play a key role in enhancing a digital healthcare platform by developing and maintaining essential Salesforce features that support its core services.
Responsibilities :
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Build and maintain features across Service Cloud and Health Cloud.
- Configure declarative solutions for complex business requirements.
- Design and implement robust integrations between the Client Platform and Salesforce.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues.
- Support end users with platform questions and system functionality.
- Investigate and resolve data integrity issues.
- Advise on Salesforce architecture decisions and technical strategy.
