Senior Salesforce Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, JavaScript and Lightning Web components
• Implement and manage Salesforce deployment release management using version control and CI / CD pipelines with Github, Copado and Devops Center
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Perform data migration, integration, and deployment activities
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST / SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns (platform events, AWS EventBridge)
• Integrate Conga or similar CLM tools and Adobe Sign with Salesforce
• Implement declarative features such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects to support business needs while optimizing system performance and scalability
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Security & Compliance : In-depth understanding of Salesforce security models, permission sets, role hierarchies, and best practices for maintaining regulatory compliance in contract management

Who You Will Work With

You'll be part of a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product owners. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Platforms to deliver solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with Nike's digital strategy.
