Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain highly scalable, resilient, and secure microservices built in Go.
• Design and implement metrics, logs, and tracing pipelines based on OpenTelemetry specifications and the product needs.
• Own our observability stack end to end, from design and implementation to scaling and optimization.
• Define and maintain observability best practices across engineering teams, from instrumentation and SLOs to dashboard design and alerting strategies.
• Create high-quality technical documentation and standards and help others to adopt new observability practices.
• Help teams and stakeholders navigate data and act on insights.
• Mentor and support other team members, share knowledge proactively.
• Respectfully taking ownership of architecture, design, development, and deployment initiatives.
