🤝 Team
You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of engineers, including one VL engineer, working alongside domain experts and product managers from the client side. Tight collaboration and cross-review processes are standard.
What we expect in general
6+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in platform engineering.
Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (Go, Python, Node.js, etc.).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and service
orchestration.
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
Expertise in working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
English at B2+ level
Nice to have :
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry,Coralogix, etc.).
Knowledge of cost optimization strategies for cloud-native workloads.
