Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Specialist , you will play a crucial role in supporting the regional finance function by :

• Processing vendor invoices for European and non-European entities in compliance with company policies.
• Managing payment runs to vendors and facilitating manual payments through online banking systems.
• Ensuring accurate processing of sensitive invoices, such as Health Care Practitioner invoices, rebates, HR benefits, and prepayments.
• Monitoring the Accounts Payable inbox , posting invoices, and addressing vendor inquiries.
• Leading regular meetings with internal stakeholders to align on invoice processing and payment activities.
• Supporting the implementation of SAP Ariba and OCR functionalities, including resolving discrepancies.
• Establishing and maintaining successful vendor relationships while collaborating with Procurement, Accounting, and FP&A teams.
