The Manager, Cloud Engineering, on a daily basis will provide leadership for both Operations and Engineering leadership within Cloud & Delivery. The role will be to ensure teams are able to meet their deliverables and are working on the right priorities. They will work closely with key stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives.

The Manager, Cloud Engineering will ensure their teams are aware of and understand the what, the how, and the why of current priorities. The Manager should have a record of helping teams develop subject matter expertise and to grow professionally. The Manager will be relied upon to provide direction and mentoring to other Supervisors & Managers within the organization.

This role is remote in Poland. We are only able to accept applications who have sponsorship to live and work in Poland.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Enterprise Software development or Enterprise Technology roles demonstrating progressive knowledge and growth in responsibilities (Required).
• Minimum of 2 years previous management experience (Required).
• Previous experience within Cloud Engineering or Kubernetes (Required).
• General Experience with Mac OS X and iOS platforms (Preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years working in an Agile environment (Preferred).
• Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo).
• Agile practitioner experienced in Scrum or Kanban.
• Preferred Certifications / Licensures : Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications such as Solutions Architect, Developer, and / or SysOps Administrator are helpful.
