Job descriptionCreate AI system architectures that integrate machine learning models, data pipelines, and infrastructure requirements Select appropriate AI models, fine-tune algorithms, and develop strategies for improving model performance, accuracy, and efficiency Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into actionable business solutions Stay current with cutting-edge AI research, experimental techniques, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in AI architecture Develop technical presentations, and lead customer-facing meetings to demonstrate solution potential, address technical inquiries, and articulate AI value propositions to potential clients Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews, facilitate discovery workshops, and systematically document detailed business requirements, technical constraints, and success criteria to define precise project scope and AI solution specifications At least 5 years of experience developing customer-facing AI solutions, preferably with at least 2 years in a similar role Advanced technical expertise in AI technologies (including models, algorithms, and tools) with comprehensive knowledge of at least one major cloud provider's AI / ML services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to translate complex cloud-based AI capabilities into actionable business solutions Continuous learning mindset with current awareness of cloud AI technologies, including emerging services and machine learning infrastructure options Capability to assess AI solution feasibility across cloud environments, understanding architectural trade-offs, cost implications, and performance optimization strategies Fluent Polish required Residing in Poland required Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People Send your CV Talk to us about your expectations Learn more about our projects and choose the best Start your adventure with Sii!

About the project
We are looking for an AI Solution Architect with a comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, including classical machine learning, deep learning, and recent advancements in generative AI. The role requires a strong grasp of the benefits and limitations of AI models and algorithms, with the ability to identify opportunities where they can solve real-world challenges effectively. A key responsibility will be evaluating the feasibility of AI solutions and outlining the necessary steps for their successful implementation.
