We are seeking a long-term Technical Documentation Analyst for our U.S.-based fintech client — the largest provider of home service plans in the real estate market. Join us to help develop a sales platform and a range of applications supporting insurance-related processes.

responsibilities :

Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation that translates complex concepts into user-friendly formats.

Collaborating with Product Managers, BAs, and Developers to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of all materials.

Facilitating clear communication and understanding.

requirements-expected :

At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.

Familiarity with the insurance sector, preferably the U.S. market.
