Your career opportunity

The Agile Lead for Delphix Data Virtualization Pod is responsible for leading and coordinating Agile Delivery activities that support HSBC’s Delphix platform, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant provisioning of data environments.  This role coordinates across technology, compliance, and application teams to manage delivery, maintain estate health, and uphold internal controls such as ICE compliance and Change Management.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• 3+ years of Agile leadership in infrastructure product management
• Knowledge of Delphix Data Platform products including Data virtualization, Data masking is preferred not required
• Ability to lead agile / scrum ceremonies and backlog management in JIRA
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
• Foster positive team dynamics, collaboration, and a culture of transparency and accountability
• Agile certification such as SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, etc are preferred but not required
