The Opportunity
The role of the Customer Support Specialist is to set up, maintain, and upgrade payment solutions for our customers. Wordline’s Transaction Processing Environment and its surrounding systems are based on multiple software products running on a wider IT Infrastructure environment.
The Customer Support Specialisttakes all customer requests in their scope and configures them within agreed timescales their needs. Furthermore, the Customer Support Specialistdoes contribute to increasing the quality of service by suggesting improvement of documentation or tools used.
