Job description

Ocena dokumentacji technicznej dostarczanej przez dostawców (certyfikaty, raporty testów, zgodność z wymaganiami);

Nadzór nad testami próbek oraz serii produkcyjnych;

Pomoc dostawcom przy wdrażaniu nowych części;

Prowadzenie audytów jakościowych (w kraju i za granicą);

Analiza zdolności produkcyjnych i jakościowych dostawców;

Inicjowanie i nadzór nad działaniami naprawczymi oraz optymalizacyjnymi;

Wsparcie dostawców w zakresie wymagań spawalniczych i kontroli jakości;

Weryfikacja dokumentacji dostawców zgodnie z normami (ISO, EN);

Inicjowanie i nadzór nad procesami (re)certyfikacji pracowników (w Niemczech);

Zapewnienie zgodności z przepisami BHP dla procesów spawalniczych (współpraca z działem EHS).

Międzynarodowa firma produkcyjnaPraca w globalnej strukturze

Wykształcenie wyższe;
Doświadczenie w bezpośredniej współpracy z dostawcami;
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (mile widziana znajomość języka niemieckiego);
Znajomość norm i standardów jakościowych w procesie spawania;
Gotowość do podróży służbowych.
