Junior In-House Lawyer (Business Operations Team)

Twoje zadania :

wsparcie departamentu prawnego Spółki w codziennych zadaniach;
sporządzanie oraz analiza i opiniowanie projektów dokumentacji prawnej (umowy, pełnomocnictwa, wewnętrzne regulaminy);
przygotowywanie analiz prawnych, bieżące monitorowanie zmian w przepisach prawa dotyczących działalności Spółki;
prowadzenie procesu obiegu dokumentów w Spółce;

Czego oczekujemy :

ukończone studia prawnicze, mile widziana ukończona szkoła prawa angielskiego lub amerykańskiego;

2-3 letnie doświadczenie w merytorycznej pracy w dziale prawnym spółki lub w kancelarii prawnej zajmującej się obsługą podmiotów gospodarczych, w szczególności w zakresie prawa nowych technologii oraz prawa gospodarczego – warunek konieczny;

bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację oraz opracowywanie dokumentacji prawnej) – warunek konieczny ;

bardzo dobra znajomość prawa cywilnego, chęć rozwoju w obszarze prawa własności intelektualnej i nowych technologii;

dokładność, odpowiedzialność i zaangażowanie, samodzielność w realizacji powierzonych zadań;

umiejętność logicznego myślenia, jasnego i precyzyjnego formułowania wypowiedzi;

dobra, praktyczna znajomość pakietu MS Office.
