Senior RPA Developer

Job descriptionHigher education in IT, technical management, or a related field Minimum 4 years of development experience with RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar) Experience in business process analysis and understanding workflows At least 1-3 years of software development experience in an object-oriented programming language Strong understanding of automation and enterprise application integration Knowledge of network communication standards (e.g., JMS, HTTP, SOAP XML, XSD) Experience with relational databases Ability to conceptualize business processes as automated solutions Ability to amend existing automations and create new ones Experience with SAP and Master Data management is a plus Proficiency in English , both written and spoken Experience with the following tools : JIRA ServiceNow Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in coordinating team activities and reporting

- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath
- Work independently to coordinate with multiple customers to gather and understand their requirements
- Create new automations and make amendments to existing ones
- Present technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to a successful RPA strategy within the organization
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of automation solutions
