As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering custom-built solutions that power our business. You’ll lead the technical side of projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure our applications are not just functional—but future-ready. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and enjoys turning complex business needs into elegant technical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting high-quality applications using .NET and SQL Server—from design to deployment.
• Translating business needs into technical magic, working closely with stakeholders.
• Providing 2nd and 3rd line support, diving into incidents, and performing root cause analysis.
• Taking part in deployments—planning, executing, documenting, and troubleshooting.
• Writing and maintaining clear, useful documentation (architecture, design, operations).
• Continuously improving existing solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborating with developers, architects, and analysts in a SCRUM team environment.
• Helping shape our development standards, tools, and best practices.
• Reviewing code and mentoring junior team members.
• Ensuring everything we build meets security, quality, and compliance standards.
