Your responsibilities

  • Nutraway Science is seeking a passionate, driven, hands-on individual to serve as a Sales representative. This person enjoys picking up the phone and is not afriad to interact with customers to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. The candidate must be extroverted, an excellent communicator, proficient in use of CRM systems but not necessary and have an ability to manage multiple, simultaneous activities.
  • This is a sales role and we are looking for sales professional with a track record of growing potential customer base and closing contracts in highly competitive and fast-growing market.

Our requirements

  • Key duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to) :
  • Prospecting and effectively close new B2B accounts
  • Open customer accounts through prospecting ( e.g. pharmacies, drugstores, marketplaces);
  • Maintain and continue to advance current customer base
  • Maintain CRM system updated on timely manner and in details with planned or executed contact and other correspondence with existing or potential customers
  • Collect competitive intelligence information and suggest ideas to improve competitiveness
  • Maintain professional and ethical relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Uphold expert-level knowledge of Nutraway Science suite of products and services to effectively promote our business objectives
  • Competencies :
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration Or Life science or relevant industry
  • Relevant experience in field sales / direct sales / B2B - some networks with supermarkets and / or marketplaces would be beneficial but it is not mandatory
  • Relevant training and experience in wholesale / retail - preferably in the area of food and / or food supplements but it is not mandatory
  • Thorough understanding of sales techniques including consultative selling
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, additional language is a +
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up company experiencing high growth potential internationally
