Twój zakres obowiązków

• Researchers are responsible leading research projects from concept to candidate delivery. Your time will be spent working alongside consultants to understand the clients’ needs, tailoring searches to find the right candidate pool, analysing profiles, and contacting profiles of potential candidates. You will have to work closely with your team in London and Warsaw to keep them up to date with the progress you’re making and the challenges you’re facing. We will expect you to be proactive, come up with new ideas, ask questions...As you grow into this role, you will be expected to take on more complex research assignments and to become more independent in your research. Eventually, you will be responsible for managing the work of new joiners in your team.
