This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Life Science team. We are expanding our work on data analytics, to leverage data, and to provide insights for our private equity and corporate clients. We work collaboratively with all parts of Simon-Kucher, and you will have the opportunity to work on projects including market reviews, revenue growth, pricing, marketing efficiency and digital strategy.

How you will create an impact :

Identifying and recruiting of experts in key geographies for discussions with Simon-Kucher Healthcare & Life Sciences Consultants.

Development and maintenance of a database compliant with data privacy requirements.

Build a network of experts we can cooperate with on a regular basis on a dedicated market.

Utilize various channels to identify and connect with experts, thought leaders, and professionals in Healthcare & Life Sciences.

Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a network of industry experts.

Collaborate with Healthcare & Life Sciences Managers to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, hiring managers, and business leaders, to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Your profile :

Business English at C1 level as a must have.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to do research work and analytical thinking.

Recruiting experience either as part of a professional service company or in a panel organization is nice to have.
