The GDC Hyper Automation Tribe drives innovation by automating complex processes and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions. To support this mission, we are looking for a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement at our BATS squad.

BATS squad is a dynamic squad within our tribe, passionately dedicated to driving innovation and efficiency across our business lines : Cash & Banking, Asset Servicing, Tax, and Reference Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices
• Guide the team in delivering automation solutions using tools like  PEGA and  Robotic Process Automation ( RPA)  technologies
• Remove blockers and protect the team from distractions
• Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile mindset and self-organization
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and delivery goals
• Promote transparency, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
• Coordinate testing, integration, and deployment activities
• Track team KPIs and support risk, resource, and quality management
