You are capable of articulating the primary benefits for the end-user, in addition to the predominant challenges encountered when utilizing these solutions. Has technical and sales acumen. Able to work independently with minimal guidance Acts as an informal resource for colleagues Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial / conflicting data Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions A good level of English proficiency is mandatory. German language proficiency would be a distinct advantage. SECURITY SERVICES FIELD SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE
What will you be doing at Arrow?
- Provide pre-sales technical support and assist sales staff in selling Managed and Advanced Support services for cybersecurity products.
- Facilitating the onboarding of new customers by acting as a liaison between the Arrow sales and services delivery teams.
- Answer routine technical questions about Managed and Advanced Support services for resellers and Arrow sales representatives.
- Act as an internal / external escalation point in case of delivery issues related to Managed and Advanced Support services.
- Responsibility is EMEA-wide with an additional focus on a specific list of countries.
- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
