Responsibilities :
Prepare and negotiate offers and service contracts
Provide technical support to customers
Assess and analyze failures, resolving technical issues
Prepare inspection reports and post-repair documentation
Manage purchases and coordinate the delivery of components and auxiliary materials for services
Efficiently handle and resolve complaints
Technical clarifications with international suppliers and service providers
Supervise the commissioning and startup of equipment as well as the assembly and disassembly of seals at the customer’s site.
Document all service and installation actions and maintain documentation in the SAP ByD system
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Preferably first technical knowledge of equipment such as pumps, mixers or compressors
Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, customer-focused, with excellent problem-solving and team collaboration abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency in technical documentation.
Good knowledge of English language
Driving license category B
Willingness to travel for business (up to 20%)
