Working as a SAP SD Specialist you will :
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within SAP SD module and customer-specific solutions
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for tickets related to sales and distribution processes
- Conduct root cause analysis through detailed problem diagnosis and system configuration
- Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams for efficient issue resolution
- Build client relationships through responsive support and effective communication
- Monitor ticket trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Lead minor projects and system enhancements tailored to customer requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and project changes

Qualifications
Hold a degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fieldDemonstrate expertise in SAP SD module, particularly Order-to-Cash processes (Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management)Configure and optimize SD functionalities including customer master data, order / delivery processing, and post-sale activitiesIntegrate SAP SD with other modules like MM and FI (considered a plus)Analyze business processes to implement O2C cycle improvementsTroubleshoot SD-related issues and provide user trainingApply strong analytical skills to solve complex problemsUtilize ticket management systems for efficient support trackingManage small-scale projects using project management principlesStay updated on SAP developments and adapt to new technologiesWork independently while managing multiple prioritiesPossess SAP SD certification (preferred)Understand ITIL principles and managed service processesDemonstrate excellent Polish & English skills; German is an advantageWe offer
