Senior Associate HR Ops - Continuous improvement (

English plus one of the following languages : Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, or German)

In this role, a typical day will include :

• Analyzing and modeling business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Standardizing processes across EMEA country scope
• Designing automation solutions tailored to the company's needs
• Implementing tools such as scripts, macros or workflows
• Supporting existing RPA tools through continuous optimization
• Testing, deploying, and maintaining solutions using RPA tools
• Preparing thorough documentation and reporting results directly to Senior Management
• Providing training and operational support to users
• Strong collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Acting as an advisor and change ambassador – participating in project meetings, helping define process goals, and proposing new solutions to improve daily operations
• Providing ad-hoc operational support to various teams (MDM / Payroll) as per business need
