We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior RTR Accountant to join our client team in Gdańsk. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Our client is also open to candidates from Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments who have completed studies in economics, accounting, or related fields and are looking to develop their careers in General Ledger accounting.

Key responsibilities include :

• Processing, execution, and compliance of month-end activities.
• Month-end closing, balance sheet accounts reconciliation, balance sheet review.
• Manual journal entries and intercompany reconciliation.
• Preparing month-end reports.
• Executing internal controls over financial reporting.
• Handling VAT postings accurately and timely.
• Managing fixed assets and ensuring proper accounting.
• Processing payroll postings.
• Managing accruals and prepayments.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Ensuring that daily operations are carried out according to set targets.
