Position : RTR Accountant

Location : Gdańsk / Hybrid

Requirements

Practical knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

Minimum 2 years of experience in General Ledger

Higher education in accounting, finance, or completion of accounting courses is an advantage

Good command of English (min. B2 level) – both written and spoken

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel

Responsibilities

Performing tasks related to month-end closing (e.g. accrual postings, stock reconciliation)

Preparing monthly group reporting and uploading financial data into system

Post general ledger transactions, reconciliation of accounts, and resolving discrepancies

Providing data for VAT and WHT returns, post declarations, and reconciliation of VAT ledgers

Support preparation of statutory financial statements

Assisting with financial audits and responding to auditor inquiries

Preparing reports for local offices

Process improvements and optimizations
