We are currently recruiting an Account Executive to join our fantastic Warsaw team (full time job, hybrid approach).

Responsibilities :

Assist the Client Director in managing client relationship and the account, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.

Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items and decisions.

Provide administrative support to the Director and the client services team, including managing calendars, organizing files, and handling correspondence.

Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports under the guidance of the Director.

Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Conduct research and gather data to support client initiatives and strategic planning efforts.

Attend client meetings and take detailed notes, capturing key discussions and action items for follow-up.

Assist with client communications, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as strategy, creative, and production, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, project statuses, and financial information.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from superiors.

Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2 / C1).

Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
