About the Role : As an Order to Cash Analyst, you will be responsible for customer interaction, order and dispute management, problem solving, account monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer communication regarding overdue accounts, order status, and disputes, following collection strategies.
• Perform order management tasks including entry, amendments, rejections, and manage disputes.
• Resolve medium-complexity issues and manage customer complaints by liaising with internal teams.
• Conduct customer reconciliations, coordinate value adjustments, and perform controls as per procedures.
• Work closely with local / client teams to meet operational targets and update documentation.

Candidate Profile : Minimum 1 year of experience in Order to Cash, familiarity with Microsoft Office, fluent English, C1 German, strong communication skills, and a growth mindset.

Preferred Skills : Experience with transformation, automation, AI solutions, finance degree, SAP knowledge.
