Product Specialist
Key tasks and responsibilities :
- Develop and implement global printing strategies that align with the organization's objectives, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all regions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with global printing vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that printed materials meet global standards and specific brand guidelines across different markets.
- Monitor and analyze costs associated with printing operations globally, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Evaluate and enhance printing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows on a global scale.
- Oversee the execution of large-scale printing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while coordinating efforts across different regions.
- Ensure that all printing activities adhere to local regulations, environmental standards, and corporate policies across all countries of operation.
Qualifications & competencies :
Sound experience in IT service managementKnowledge of common hardware and software solutions in the print environmentExperience in dealing with customers and external partnersTechnical knowledge :Understanding of IT infrastructures, network and server technologiesKnowledge of service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)Experience in incident, problem and change managementStrong communication and teamwork skillsHigh customer orientation and sense of responsibilityAbility to work under pressure in a structured and solution-oriented mannerWhat do We offer :
