What you will be doing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Counsel for a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. This role will primarily

focus on contracting worldwide

and providing

local legal advice in Poland

, particularly in employment law, corporate law, and KRS filings. You may also be asked to help with international intellectual property matters.

This is a great opportunity to accelerate your career growth in a fast-growing company, but also to get legal experience in the crypto world, learn about new technologies and cooperate with the most prominent companies from the crypto space. This position is located in our Warsaw office.

What you will be working on

• Your main project will be updating our end-to-end contract lifecycle management processes. This will include automating contracting processes, developing contract playbooks, and embedding AI-assisted contract review into our existing processes;
• Preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and implementing a variety of contracts across

jurisdictions - contracts with vendors, sales contracts, digital assets listing agreements, contracts with independent contractors and employees. There will be some work on intercompany agreements, licensing and NDAs;
