ServiceNow Application Manager

Description

We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Application Manager to oversee and enhance key ServiceNow applications. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day deliverables across various ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Integrated Risk Management and Security Operations. You will act as the link between product owners and technical teams, ensuring the product backlogs are delivered in a coordinated manner, managing platform upgrades and release cycles. You will also ensure governance, compliance, and ServiceNow\'s standards and best practices are consistently applied. Monitoring usage and performance, you’ll identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive better outcomes.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of various ServiceNow applications

Maintain governance, compliance, and platform standards

Oversee backlogs, enhancements, and release planning

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Monitor performance, adoption, and usage metrics

Drive continuous improvement across applications

Manage escalations and use problem solving skills to resolve issues

Your background

Experience managing ServiceNow modules in large organizations

Knowledge of ITIL processes and workflows

Strong problem-solving skills

Familiarity with ServiceNow governance and best practices

Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
