We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Robotics Process Automation (RPA) team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring transparency, streamlined communication, and seamless reporting within a dynamic team that focuses on RPA and AI technologies. Your main focus will be on tracking project progress, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Coordination : Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are effectively managed. Coordinate project schedules across cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, support staff, and managers). Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Transparency and Reporting : Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders, including management, developers, and analysts, ensuring they have up-to-date visibility into project progress. Prepare comprehensive reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines, resource allocation, and any risks or roadblocks encountered. Organize and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and action items.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management : Streamline communications between cross-functional teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Organize and facilitate regular meetings with the team, clients, and other stakeholders to review progress, address concerns, and ensure expectations are clear. Manage escalations by coordinating with appropriate teams for resolution and ensuring issues are tracked and addressed in a timely manner.
• Risk Management : Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and resource challenges. Facilitate the resolution of any blockers or issues that may delay project timelines. Recommend solutions for continuous improvement in processes and project execution.
• Team Support and Collaboration : Support the RPA team’s development and AI initiatives by ensuring clear goals and objectives are set. Foster a collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, knowledge sharing, and mutual support among all team members. Ensure that the team has the resources needed to meet project requirements and resolve any operational challenges.
