YOU WILL
Designing and implementing processes for collecting legal documentation from diverse internal and external sources
Creating and maintaining a Digital Legal Library for the Inhalable Commercial Law Team using MS SharePoint and related tools
Supporting the Legal Office in reviewing and finalizing legal memos and 50-state survey documents prepared by outside counsel
Coordinating communication and document flow between the internal Legal Office and external law firms
Developing tracking tools and methodologies to streamline legal memo drafting, editing, and approval
Using graphics and visual tools to ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and well-organized
YOU NEED
Proven experience in legal operations, legal documentation management , or a related area
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to use visual tools and graphic editors to structure information clearly
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and coordination skills
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Experience working with external legal counsel is a plus
