We're growing our tech team and looking for a hands-on Technical Leader with a background in Golang.

This role combines technical excellence with leadership and client-facing responsibilities. We're searching for someone who not only writes clean and scalable code, but also enjoys mentoring others, shaping architecture, and acting as a technical partner to our clients. If you're passionate about building things from scratch, driving technical vision, and making a real impact — let's talk. 🚀

We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 25 000 - 31 000 net PLN (+ addtional vacations & sick days), depending on your experience.

We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. However, remote work days are open for discussion! 🌍

responsibilities :

Designing and building Fintech products in Golang

Making key architectural and technology decisions

Ensuring high code quality through reviews and best practices

Mentoring the technical team

Partnering with enterprise clients to understand their needs, deliver effective tech solutions, and oversee operational tasks like system migrations and integrations.

Partnering with clients, translating their needs into tailored tech solutions

Handling critical incidents and ensuring business continuity

Shaping the product’s technical direction and roadmap

Supporting recruitment through technical interviews

requirements-expected :

6+ years of hands-on experience in software development, creating products, including at least 2 years with Golang

Experience or motivation to take on technical ownership roles

Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns

Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS), and containerization Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL database

Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders

Exposure to high-traffic, scalable systems

A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to work independently
