Technical Leader

As a Technical Leader, your mission will be to lead and coordinate a group of 3 / 4 developers in a squad

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts :

• You will ensure that the team is working efficiently and meets the regulatory project objectives.
• You will work side by side with a technical specialist who will help you to improve the architecture and technical implementation of the solution in place
• Your mission is to ensure that the development team has the necessary tools and resources to work effectively.
• Part of the team will be people with less seniority and you will need to accompany them in their development.
• You will use Scrum methodology, and be part of a high performance team
• Your mission is to ensure that the development team has the necessary tools and resources to work effectively
• You will be responsible for ensuring that the team is following industry best practices and defined company standards / methodology.
