Procurement Director

Develop and lead the national procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local operational priorities.

Oversee procurement for multi-site operations, covering both direct and indirect categories.

Drive cost optimisation, supplier consolidation, and risk mitigation across the supply chain.

Lead high-value negotiations and establish long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and ethical standards.

Build and manage a high-performing procurement team and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Track and report procurement performance, savings, and KPIs to regional and global leadership.

Proven experience (10+ years) in procurement leadership roles within a global, industrial, or manufacturing environment.

Experience managing procurement across multi-site or matrixed organisations.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.

Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or CIPS certification is a plus.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
