• Supervise and support the A / P, A / R, and commissions processes, including workflow monitoring and resource planning
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Accounting Team Leader to join our Finance team in Strzelin. If you are ready to take ownership of accounting operations, lead a motivated team, and contribute to driving continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment — we want to meet you.

As an Accounting Team Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our accounting team responsible for Accounts Payable (A / P), Accounts Receivable (A / R), and General Ledger (GL) processes. You’ll ensure that financial activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time — while supporting local business stakeholders and maintaining alignment with corporate reporting standards.

You’ll also play a key role in developing your team, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
