Our client is an international Consulting Company, that supports its clients in digital transformation processes, and in business and operational decision-making strategies. We seek a Data Architect   to support their Client from the pharmaceutical industry.

• Salary : 160-200 PLN  net+VAT / h (B2B)
• Location :   remote  position
• Language : communication in  English  daily
• Salary up to 200 PLN net+VAT / h

• Proven experience designing and implementing a standardized marketing metadata framework
• Expertise in designing scalable, modular marketing taxonomies aligned with market trends and industry standards
• Strong skills in mapping relationships between marketing data entities (campaigns → products → audiences → channels)
• Ability to evaluate and recommend metadata-management tools
• Experience enhancing interoperability across MarTech platforms (e.g., E360, DAM, analytics systems)
• Track record of automating metadata processes and laying the groundwork for AI / ML-driven insights, recommendations, and classification

Lead the Analysis phase : gather and document marketing-metadata requirements across stakeholders, Design & Definition : architect a standardized metadata framework and taxonomy that supports analytics, reporting, and data governance, Map data lineage : chart relationships and workflows between campaigns, products, audiences, and channels to ensure traceability, Select & integrate tools : assess metadata-management solutions and drive their adoption within the MarTech ecosystem, Prototype automation : develop proof-of-concepts for automated metadata capture, classification, and enrichment to support future AI / ML use cases, Collaborate cross-functionally with BI analysts, data engineers, marketing teams, and IT to align metadata strategy with business objectives, Establish best practices and documentation for metadata governance, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance] Requirements : AI
