Purpose of the job
You will configure and enhance business processes within the HR IT while managing, monitoring, and controlling a wide range of interfaces. You will work on diverse integrations, including on-premises systems, cloud-based solutions, and APIs. You will have the opportunity to shape the HR integration landscape, lead global projects, and contribute to both system-wide and country-specific integration initiatives.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Maintenance of the existing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other IT systems (SAP Cloud Integration Platform & SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center)
Support the implementation of new integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other IT applications
Design high-level interface architecture based on business requirements
Act as owner of all assigned integration deliverables
Collaborate with other architects and technical leads on design decisions and direction
Document interface architecture and plans for implementation with customer / vendors
Provide 2nd & 3rd level interface support (where required)
More about you
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in integration projects and technical consulting
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with system integrations, including on-premise, cloud-based solutions, and APIs
Experience with SAP Integration Suite, including SAP Cloud Integration Platform is required
Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills, fast learner, and proactive “can-do” mentality
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice-to-have
Experience in the administration of SuccessFactors HRM suite
Up-to-date knowledge of HR information systems and processes
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Business Information or a related field
