Responsibilities
Maintenance, support, and development of our globally deployed ERP / Intranet systems (PROALPHA), with a focus on materials management and production planning, in particular :
- Customizing and designing individual applications
- Defining and maintaining interfaces
- Creating, updating, maintaining, and managing of the corresponding documentation
- Creating and implementing of training courses for Key users and users
- Planning, and implementing IT projects
- Testing and implementing release changes
- End user support
