Technical Support Specialist with German

Zakres obowiązków :

Przygotowywanie ofert dla naszych klientów B2B
Bieżący kontakt z klientami - rozmowy telefoniczne, korespondencja elektroniczna
Kompletacja dokumentacji zrealizowanych projektów
Współpraca z Regionalnymi Dyrektorami Sprzedaży

Oczekiwania :

Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne

Znajomość języka niemieckiego na poziomie C1, język angielski mile widziany

Umiejętność czytania rysunku technicznego

Podstawowa znajomość obsługi programu AutoCad lub Inventor

Obsługa aplikacji MS Office (Word, Excel)

Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu

Samodzielność, dokładność

Oferta :

Godziny pracy 8 : 00-16 : 00 / 9 : 00-17 : 00;
