Job descriptionWe are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager within a product-driven organisation. You should have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and a proven track record of self-service / automation cross-border projects. Additionally, finance product experience in consumer finance, B2B lending, leasing, and insurance will be beneficial. If you are passionate about driving innovative solutions and making a significant impact, we would love to hear from you. What you will do ️
- Discover and understand customer needs (US & UK eCommerce founders)
- Understand and learn the needs of our internal stakeholders (underwriters, ops team, sales)
- Measure and track the impact of product and released features
- Build product strategy and roadmap
- Prioritise backlog and take an active part in grooming
- Translate feature requests into value-based solutions
