Key responsibilities :
- Lead Customer Engagements : Conduct discussions and workshops with customers to understand their needs, translating these insights into actionable product requirements.nbsp;
- Organize product demonstrations to showcase solutions.nbsp;
- Manage Customer Requirements : Develop business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, prioritize based on lottery customer feedback, market trends, and business value.nbsp;
- Coordinate Across Product Lifecycle : Work closely with product engineering leaders to support day-to-day engineering efforts and ensure seamless product implementation utilizing both waterfall and Agile methodologies.nbsp;
- Assists Quality Assurance team with testing direction in accordance with acceptance criteria and product vision.nbsp;
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address any challenges or changes needed during delivery.nbsp;
- Develop Artifacts : Create business and functional product documentation, user guides, and customer-facing release toolkits.nbsp;
- Enhance Customer Support : Provide continuous guidance and assistance to customers, fostering product engagement and maximizing its usage.nbsp;
- Understand and Shape Product Vision : Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand and influence the vision for the products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Experience with enterprise-grade B2B digital products - Must have a strong background in mobile and web-based solutions, particularly in complex digital ecosystems.Familiarity with transaction processing systems - Understanding of end-to-end transaction flows in domains such as lottery systems, fintech, banking, or other financial technologies is highly beneficial.Proficiency with tools like Jira, Polarion-X, or similar - Required for managing detailed requirements, user stories, and collaborating effectively across development teams.Customer-facing experience - Proven ability to lead customer engagements, run discovery workshops, and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.Requirements engineering expertise - Ability to develop and prioritize business and functional requirements, including creating user stories and acceptance criteria.Experience across the full product lifecycle - Hands-on involvement in planning, implementation, testing support, documentation, and release management—ideally in both Agile and Waterfall environments.Strong collaboration skills - Capable of working cross-functionally with engineering, QA, stakeholders, and product managers to ensure alignment and timely delivery.Czego wymagamy?
