Position Overview :

We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media, growth, and acquisition efforts across multiple digital channels. This individual will play a key role in optimizing EveryWatch's marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about leveraging digital marketing to scale an innovative technology platform within the luxury watch industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Performance Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and display marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• SEO & SEM Management : Optimize search engine marketing (Google Ads, etc.) and organic search performance to enhance visibility and drive traffic
• Paid Social & Retargeting : Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and remarketing efforts to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Analytics & Reporting : Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools, ensuring continuous optimization
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Develop A / B testing strategies for landing pages, ads, and website elements to maximize conversions
• Budget Management : Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Work closely with content, product, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Market & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies to refine strategies
