We are looking for a Quality Engineering Manager with experience in software quality in a high-growth company. You will be a player / coach with a primary focus on driving our quality and automation / technical initiatives. You will design / track the high business impact quality Metrics and processes to continuously improve product quality for stability, functionality, and performance. You must have hands-on experience managing critical issues, assessing problems and providing thoughtful solutions while keeping a calm demeanor. He / She will be a point of contact for Quality Engineering at Apollo.io worldwide and must therefore be comfortable and confident liaising with remote teams and senior leaders. You will be guiding a high-performing QA team as part of your responsibilities.
