This is an opportunity to work in a top-level position that is part of the Solutions EMEA organization while also contributing to the strategic, cross-functional initiative.

IF YOU ARE

  • Hands-on with one of the major modern technologies (.NET, Java, etc.). with 10+ years of production experience
  • A specialist with 5+ years of production experience in working with enterprises
  • Professional in building complex development projects (3-4 Scrum teams, up to 40 people)
  • Adept at evaluating, improving, and establishing engineering tools and governance process
  • An engineering leader of inter-program and inter-project issues
  • A professional with a proven record of cross-program and cross-project architecture strategy implementation
  • Experienced in auditing projects
  • Proficient in identifying opportunities for technology prototypes
  • Well-versed in company-wide architecture documentation maintenance

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Monitor and identify opportunities for solution accelerators within a given vertical domain
  • Build a strategy for achieving long-term business goals and technically support enterprise business processes in 5+ year perspective
  • Cover presales and proposal preparation processes
  • Orchestrate the team of Principal and Solution Architects
  • Communicate Enterprise Architecture within the information community, and the business units
  • Ensure compliance of projects and programs with Architect guidelines
  • Establish and maintain contacts within business units to understand solutions strategies, and alternatives, business activities drivers, and requirements

  • Identify, build and maintain partnerships in key areas that are aligned with our priorities from technology, or geo or vertical perspective
