About the role :
As an Implementation, Support and Project Delivery Consultant , you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, collaborating with the software vendor and driving continuous improvements to support operations. You will support smooth application operation and support new customer onboarding activities. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead projects and be responsible for effectively planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure the achievement of business objectives within designated timeframes and budgets.

Which tasks can you expect?
Project Delivery
The main task is to successfully drive project execution.
Leading and coordinating implementation projectsCreating project plans and ensuring that all tasks are assigned and communicated to the appropriate project members and tracked effectivelyCommunicate project progress and proactively identifying, communicating and mitigating risk factorsDeliver projects on time and in budget with quality solutionsParticipation in operational meetings with customer representativesTrack and report project financials (budgeted vs actual) for allocated resource hours and billingsActing as an interface between operations, implementation and the Client to ensure alignment and collaborationImplementation & Support
The main task is to successfully complete implementation projects for new clients, as well as technical support for the operations (handling requests).
Act as the primary point of contact for technical-related inquiries and issue resolutionTechnical and substantive support for the payroll department, ongoing assistanceSupport the system setup for new customers, as well as in the existing customer segment if requiredResponsible for implementation projects, implementing them and handing them over to our internal support and / or managed service department after successful testingConfigure and customize the Enova software / system to meet the customer's requirements : wage types, reports, master data maintenance, etc.Active participation in the further development and optimization of our software and service processesLeading and supporting system integrations, particularly with Workday, including coordination across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful end-to-end implementation. Several years of experience in the Polish payroll sectorExpert knowledge of Enova systemExperience in customer implementationKnowledge of income tax, social security (ZUS) and labor lawEnglish language skills at B2 levelStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts internally and externally at all levelsProactive and independent, able to deliver with minimal supervisionAnalytical thinking and quick perceptionWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPointFirst project management experience, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office VisioKnowledge of Workday (nice to have)From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
