We are seeking a highly experienced AI Consultant to join our air line Company in a senior advisory capacity.

This role involves working directly with the  Director of Digitalisation and Technology  as well as various  delivery teams , with the key objective of shaping and implementing a comprehensive  AI strategy  for the organization.

This is a  senior-level role  that requires a professional who can confidently engage with  executive leadership  while also collaborating effectively with  technical teams and engineers . The consultant will play a central role in aligning AI initiatives with broader business goals and ensuring technological feasibility and innovation across departments.

• Frequent travel to Dublin  is expected, particularly during the initial months of the engagement
• This is a  full-time consulting role with a high level of autonomy and visibility across the organization
• Experience in design, development, and execution AI strategy
• Experience in acting as a strategic advisor to senior management on the use of AI technologies to drive business transformation
• Ability to fulfill the gap between executive leadership and technical implementation teams
• Experience in guiding and mentoring engineering and data science teams in AI projects
• Ability to identify high-impact AI use cases and assess feasibility from both business and technology standpoints
• Experience in working closely with internal stakeholders
• Ability represent the AI vision and strategy in senior-level meetings and planning sessions
• Fluent english
