The Opportunity : In this role, you will support and lead sourcing initiatives across complex Marketing spend categories, driving the execution of strategic category plans, managing key stakeholder relationships, and delivering cost-effective, high-impact procurement solutions aligned with business goals. • Leading sourcing initiatives within Marketing categories to drive cost reductions while enhancing product quality and supplier service levels.
• Developing and implementing effective cost reduction strategies in close collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Conducting strategic sourcing and negotiations using data-driven analysis, supplier segmentation, and market trend insights.
• Executing supplier management strategies and foster strategic supplier relationships to support long-term value creation.
• Continuously monitoring category performance, refining strategies, and contributing to stakeholder engagement plans to influence and deliver value.
