Together with our scandinavian Partner we are currently seeking an experienced GCP Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team working on a pivotal project for a company operating in a transport industry. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in a team of five professionals, focusing primarily on the development and maintenance of the cloud infrastructure.

Challenges

Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to develop and maintain the cloud infrastructure for a transport company.

Implement best practices in cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Contribute to the design and deployment of cloud solutions, optimizing performance and efficiency.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide effective cloud solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems, addressing any issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating innovative solutions into the cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions using GCP services like Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java, Go)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Google Cloud certifications (e.g. Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect) is required.
