System Engineer (SCADA / Beckhoff / DALI2 / Modbus)

Contract : B2B, 6 months initially, then long-term cooperation

Working model : remote with 1 week per month on-site (Ålesund, Norway) with expenses covered by the Client

Summary : The role of the System Engineer is to support offshore wind projects by focusing on system testing, quality assurance, and technical documentation, ensuring compliance and safety in offshore energy infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities :

• Design and integration of systems (Beckhoff, SCADA, Modbus)
• FAT, SAT, and integration testing; verification of safety and power quality
• Quality assurance (control, audits, change documentation)
• Preparation of technical documentation (reports, manuals, interface descriptions)
• Experience in system testing and commissioning
